So, you're wondering why I want to start dating two year olds. Well, it's because of the wisdom of this dumb asshole:



Oklahoma State Representative SALLY KERN in regards to gays; "I honestly think it's the biggest threat our nation has, even more so than terrorism or Islam." (Interested in signing a letter?)

"A vigorous debate on an issue is not 'hate speech' - it's free speech."

Oh Sweetie...Sweetie, Sweetie, Sweetie...I'm ALL for healthy, vigorous debate. And I believe in free speech. Even when it is in opposition to what I think or say.

However, I believe in logic and deductive reasoning as well. And I believe that your free speech should be trailing an educated mind. A REAL educated, open, thinking mind.

I remember when Will and I were driving to Ohio for the holidays. No sooner than 5 minutes after we crossed the state line from Texas into Oklahoma did we hear radio commercials advertising to "START OUT THE YEAR RIGHT AND GIT YER G.E.D.!! GIT 'ER DONE, FUCKERS!!"

Okay, so it didn't have "FUCKERS" in there, but I'd like to think that it did.

I'm not opposed to people getting their GED. In fact, if they didn't complete high school, I would strongly encourage them to do so. I was just shocked to hear an advertisement for it.

Sally, I truly must commend you on demonstrating your ignorance with such proficiency. It's actually rather astounding. And your bravery?? Indeed. You are QUITE brave to not only be stupid out loud, but to broadcast it. Again, I commend you. You are something else.

But Sally, I really encourage you in the future to have an educated opinion. Not an inbred one. For you see, bein' one of dem der homos, I can reassure you that it isn't a choice. To choose to live on the margins of society and STILL face the wrath from people as dumb as you. To CONSTANTLY be ridiculed and thought despicable...To be aligned with child molesters and what did you analogize us to? What was that? "Cancer"?? Yeah...that's what it was. "Cancer".

Sally, my lifestyle ISN'T a choice.

NOT killing myself when I was younger because of ignorance and hate, which you help to spread, WAS a choice. And while we're on the subject of IGNORANCE AND HATE?? THOSE are the real threats to our country. THOSE are what is leading the way to the degradation of our society and unfortunately it's been spilling over into the rest of the world in the form of war and exploitation.

Ignorance and hate. That's quite a legacy.

And Sally? Another choice that I DO have is to live with dignity.
